leaky bunk ends

Bought a 2004 18SLT that was not cared for properly. The bunk end especially the front has bad leaks, and am afraid it is seal..the rubber is intact but moldy and stiff...can it be cleaned and reconditioned, or replaced, and if so with what.

The seals should easily be replaced.
You should be able to get them through a Surveyor dealer or match the D-seals at an auto body parts store.
