Surveyor roof soft spot

Out - freaking - standing. Replacing a roof vent that spontaneously removed itself from my rig, I find a nice soft spot outboard of the bathroom vent and extending forward to the fridge vent.
No water damage evident inside. Obviously there's a leak in the edge seal around one or both of these vents.
Is a 261t surveyor roof the same foam c**p sandwich as the bunk end door I remade with an aluminum frame? If it is, it's going to be fun potting in a foam laminate repair with west sys epoxy (no, not fun).

Does anyone know where I could get sheets of pre-laminated material, so I can just circular saw it out, drop in new and get the resin curing before the weather turned? I'm not hip to having to build a temp shelter over my work site.

I'm thinking that a boat deck repair would be a good place to start for advice. I may be able to get away with an injected resin solution

Bit the bullet and dug the soft spot out of my roof. Ended up with quite a hole in my bathroom ceiling.

But 1/2 gallon of resin, some fiberglass mat, and two pieces of 1 inch thick styrene foam later, I have an intact roof.

If nothing else, my campers next owner will have an extensively documented repair history on this unit.
