Wrong Canvas?

Hi all,
I purchased a 2010 Surveyor SP224T last fall. On our innaugural trip, I flipped out the bed that hangs off the street side with cable supports. When I was sealing the canvas around the bed, I found out the canvas would not clear the cable supports, so I couldn't get a continuous seal. It appears to me, the canvas is exactly the same as the end beds which have the underneath pole supports. I'm wondering if the put the wrong canvas on at the factory.
Anybody else with the cable support-type bed having canvas fit issues?

it's always a good idea to post pics of what you're talking about.
that's the only hybrid i know that has the combo of cable and pole supported bunk ends.

i've never had clearance issues on my cable bunk ends.

Good idea bikendan. I'll try to get some pics. The dealer is 100 miles away and I'd have to take a day off work to take the rig in...which I don't mind if they did indeed install the wrong canvas. But, I don't want to haul it all the way up there for them to tell me it's a design flaw I have to live with. They are checking with FR to see if they use different canvas for cable support and pole support. We'll see.
