apex 20rbx owners

Thinking about buying a 2014 apex 20rbx. We are first TT buyers and have really liked the 20rbx for our needs. We have camped in tents some pop outs are good with us. Any opinions and/or does or don`ts would be appreciated.
Thanks

If you purchase...
DO:
Setup the camper as if you were camping and hose the canvas ends down while someone inside watches for leaks. This will also allow the stitching to swell and seal.

DON'T:
Open the sewer cap fully without verifying the valves are closed AND have the sewer hose beneath to catch drips.
