Yes, you are correct. They are incorrectly positioned. The one on the white/red pipe should be crosswise (closed); the other two should be "inline" (open).

Lol they should not ALL be open.

One shut and two open for weatherization.
Two shut and one open for use.

The two top and bottom valves open for use .
The lone one off .

Yes Road-King. That is how it is now. 1 shut (middle). 2 open (hot + cold)

The dealer had all 3 open - so wasnt even winterized.

Should I call my dealer and let him know about the valve being open? When I mentioned it earlier, they did not suggest it.
