Nice T! I used to work as far south as Citra several years back (phone company) love the area! I also go right by when I travel 301 going south to visit family. Originally from Venice / Englewood... Now living in Hilliard on about 10 acres about 11 miles to Folkston Ga and 30 to the center of Jax.

Not to change the subject, but I think I know where I want to stay on my next trip to FL! You got a 30 Amp outlet I could hook up to? I can help with your maintenance/repair projects. Plus the Ocala forest ride was my favorite part of my trip this past spring!

Bring you some turtle wax and 5 can of flex seal tlhintog about ready to wash and wax the chain saws and lawn mower,And the flex seal he put on the camper roof a couple of weeks ago is about to wear off,I'm sure it will need a few coats.

Also you know he is not going to have a 30 amp,He's gonna have a 50 amp cause he runs his fridge, both ac's,micro, fuel station, generator, blenders, mixers, the projection TV he installed in bedroom, and the electric tooth brush every month. So it's has to be 50 amps.

I'm afraid there is only the one 50amp connection at the moment, for the XLR. Where the current power pole comes in it isn't practical to put more rigs within umbilical range.

Though - The wife and I have been considering setting up 3-5 pads for RVs towards the front of the property; and rent them out for seasonal use. I wouldn't want to dick around with daily or weekenders: One month minimum, if only to keep my neighbors off my arse and not report me.

I just don't have power or sewer for them. We have to decide if its worth the investment in septic, water and power utility installation - Would it be too close to the property line? Where would the second septic go so its not too close to the well? Etc. etc.

I'd probably be better off building a couple 'tiny home' cabins and just rent them to seasonal hunters and so on.

I don't have 30, but that wouldn't be much of a problemo. I'm and easy 18 miles off of I-95

I was actually talking about tlhintoq's property when I posted that, but I'd gladly park the XLR at your place, too. It would give me a chance to see firsthand all those magical mods of yours...maybe even get you to wave that wand over my XLR. Can you imagine 2 XLR products at your house at once? The neighbors would probably think you're opening a dealership!

Let no know T. You wouldn't believe how messed up mine is right now. Adding amps / speakers / relocating receiver / wiring... etc, etc.

It would be cool to meet

I tried to say, "let me know T"
I have a #10 cord that could be set up to a RV 30A quickly. The only issue coming into my property, is turning around. If I can do it with a Ram CC, pulling a 29, probably anyone can.

Sure would be. I could offer a free day or two stop over for one at a time for certain special people

If anyone plans the trip to Goshen IN next year, it would be great to meet you, and hang out with fellow XLR owners. Remember, that is the FROG Rally each year, that FR hosts, and you can have your rig worked on, for free, to repair your issues. Techs come out in full force, to care for your RV. We have gone twice, and will be going next year!
I know the XLR team there, and they would love us XLR owners to come out, and put them to work!
I know this thread speaks on severe issues that need addressing in real time, so just reminding folks about the Rally, as an option too.

I think coming to the FROG rally would be something I would like to do. I'll do that, and thanks for pointing it out to me RVC.

Glad to WolfWhistle! It is a great trip, and a week full of action! You will meet amazing folks who know your rig, and who really do care! FR is the only one in the industry that offers this customer service.
I hope to see you there!

I would also like to hit the Goshen trip one if these years. Right now, it always falls on family camping week (elderly parents, my sister, nephews and nieces.). It probably won't happen for a few years--probably not until my parents are no longer around..it seems to be the only time the whole family gets together that's not a holiday, or someone's birthday, etc. So for now, Goshen is out for me (unless something changes.). Would love to meet the fellow XLR owners, too.

That is very understandable Taranwanderer! Fordes has an XLR too, and her family camping is during Goshen's. Yes, someday will come, and Goshen will be there!
We are from Mid Missouri....where do you all call home?

Hi! We live in Shamrock Missouri. Very close to highway 70 and 54!
I have family in Arkansas very close to Harrison! We love to ride through the Ozark Mountain area!
