The switch in the kitchen is for the fuel station. I believe it has to be on to run the built in generator as well. The tank heaters are black pads stuck to the bottom of the tanks. In plain sight. Most likely if you dont have them it is pre wired for them.

rah.rrt. I'm a little late on this conversation (new to site) but in my bathroom the second switch is for the vent fan. There is a switch on the vent fan itself, and then a switch on the wall near the lights. Turn the switch on the vent fan on, then the wall switch. I have the same set up for the garage fan also. Probably already figured this out by now.

I have the same question. Except my unknown switch is by the stove against the wall for the refrigerator. When we did the walk through with the dealer, he didn't know what the switch was for either.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
On my 2013 XLR 35x12 that switch turns on the blue backlight behind the XLR Thunderbolt logo (on the stove backsplash). Perhaps it does the same on yours and the light is just not working?

It was as rah.rrt said, it was for the fuel station. It won't work unless that switch is on. This prevents people from just coming up and using it without permission.

That is quite a lot of fuel! Love it. Do you have to drain it after every use or just pump it into your TV? Is there a fuel filter? Hate to ask all the newby questions.
