So I have my baby at home, and she needs some fuel. I see on the website that she's listed at 13'4" now does that include the AC unit or not?

I am not sure we measure at 13'1"

That number is the utmost highest point.

I would double check anyway.

Lay a 2x4 or equivalent across the highest point and hang over the side and measure to ground.

Also keep in mind that when new asphalt is laid down 4 to possibly more inches needs to be subtracted from what road signs say.
Some parts of the country are notorious for this......
