2014 xlr27hfs power awning question

I am wanting to order awninig supports from OLDCOOT. My camper is at Lazydays for some work. I was wondering if the power awning is made by Dometic? I need to know before I order from OLDCOOT

888-993-6688 is our forest river XLR south east rep. I too wold like to know i guess. What are these awning supports you speak of? would they help hold the awning down if it's windy ? Mine is there too. having a slide topper done, and debating about a roof-top DTV dish (but getting the feeling that is HUGE money).
I am glad i had them put in the 2nd battery ($160 or so installed with box?), doubt the 1 would have lasted very long this past weekend without starting the generator.

Just called the no. and the man said they are Dometic power awnings.

i guess if i didn't want to store them on the trailer, they can just slide into the storage compartment right ? although i would have to bolt them to the awning each time used..
