2015 xlr 385

Can anyone tell me were the drain valves are located at my black water tank valves are leaking discussting every time I have to take the cap off

They are unde your trailer. If you have an enclosed underbelly, you will need to remove it (drop it down) to access them.

Our 2014 XLR415 does same thing...irritating.

In my case the knife valve is leaking.

I put a valve on right at the cap. It saves a lot of unsavory messes for sure. Plus if I ever open the wrong valve on the control panel it is a life saver.
