Just picked up a used 2018 28kw yesterday and noticed sunlight from the inside on the curb side of the ramp door. Went out side and the door is secured but very loose. Checked the catch pins on the door and they are tight. The dealer did not have any idea for a fix but to add additional clamp latches. The door is pulled tight with cargo straps now because I had a 300 mile ride home. Does anyone know of any adjustments to make to get the door to seal tight? Sorry the picture turned sideways.
THanks
only thing I can add is my 18 28kw I have to slam it has hard as I can and I have had to do it more than once to get the ramp closed. Also keep a couple of 2x4's to put under the ramp door, on uneven surfaces it can bend the aluminum around the lip of the door
Thanks. I will have to try that as soon as the snow stops falling. From the looks of it the jaws won’t close any tighter. I might add thicker weather stripping as well, most of my traveling here in Alaska will be on gravel roads.
