24HFS Roof Maintenance

We have a new to us 24HFS that we purchased from a dealer about 2 months ago. What type of roof does this trailer have and what product should I be using to clean/protect it. It looked like Walmart had some cleaner/conditioner, but know there should be better stuff out there. How often should the roof be cleaned and conditioned? Ours will be parked outside from March through October and inside during the winter. Any advice would be great.
