Anyone have issues with the hot water not being hot enough?
It could be like ours and the temp control knob on the wh was turned all the way down.

My wh has a large blue knob that is the thermostat for the wh. When we got our TT the first time we used it the dial was turn all the way down. I only discovered this after the hot water was not so hot. I turned the dial up up and we had HOT water. I guess I just assumed they all have a thermostat.

I will add that this was on our old TT. And it was not an electric start. I had to light the pilot light and the "blue" knob was on the gas control valve. I just looked at our new one and noticed that does not have this. As it is electric start. Sorry if I cause confusion.

What is the "Winterization" valve? I suspect that may be my problem as the pressure is ok out of the shower for about 15 seconds then goes to almost nil.
I had the exact same issue. Luke warm water and no pressure to the shower. There is a valve under the bed where the blue and red lines meet. Close that off and things should work fine
Just my opinion but you should tie up that loop hanging down. Easier to do that than replace the whole thing when it gets caught on something. I went through the belly of my 27hfs and made sure the lowest points were the frame and axels. Everything else is above that.
I only plan to drain mine at the end of the season. I do bring the fresh water down to about 1/3 unless I plan not to have hook ups. Not sure about the caps. They look pretty close to the garden hose size but I haven't tried to know for sure
