All the maintenance that is really needed is to insure the tracks are cleaned on the sides of the slide out and spray your wipes a couple times a year. Also remember to maintain all areas that are caulked. Water will find any small void and can destroy your unit.

What type of spray do you use on the wipers?

Dealer will try and sell you " slide out seal spray" but just use a good silicone spray you can buy locally.
