Been off line for a bit just hit the road for my summer long trip to Yellowstone .
After pulling the ball out and cleaning the ball shaft and break material it is once again quite but will still stop at andersen for the new material that is guaranteed not to make noise under any wet conditions .

I just received new brake material for my Andersen. It is white. I am going to install it next week.

Did you just remove the retaining clip at the bottom? Any tricks you can share on cleaning up your existing braking material?
