should be able to go into manual mode and then push the retract button before pushing the front side or back button... that is if it is like mine... good luck

Auto Level

I had our jacks extended on the left side to level up the trailer (Cardnal 3800FL) on our street. When I went to retract them it signaled excessive angle when pressing the left button with the retract on. I finally got them to retract by pressing the rear button with the retract on. There must be a sensor that stops the jacks if the system senses there is an excessive angle on the trailer.

On ours you simply turn on the system, select manual mode, push the retract button (ours has an amber light to indicate that it is in the retract mode) and then push the rear button. If the system is working correctly this should do it. Good luck.

I agree "Retract". Just got a Cedar Creek 36CKTS and was having trouble being out of level using Auto level. Called Lippert and they told me how to recalibrate the computer. They are online at lci1.c o m also
