Awning issue

I just bought my new xlr thunderbolt 300x14 one month ago and the track that holds the awning to the side of the camper is pulling loose and the screws are backing out. Is there anyone else out there having the same trouble. It looks like the screws are only screwed into the fiberglass and not the studs.

I've had my 386x12 thunderbolt 18 months or so. No issues with awnings. Even had a 3rd one installed for the last 10 feet at the garage. Sounds like the just missed the studs at the factory. Make them fix it under warranty.

Well I had my awning fixed and after the first use the track started pulling off the camper again. Now its doing it all along the entire length if the awning. We have a few more trips planned this fall. It seems like every time we go camping something else breaks. I feel like I am towing more to be fixed than I am camping. This is a brand new 2014 xlr 300x14. Who should I contact at forest river to have it fixed correctly? Any help will be appreciated.
