Like a lot of you had said on here, Push it back in the track and pinch the track and install a small tech screw from the top down through the fabric. I have not seen or heard of this happening until these post were posted. I have made contact with the awning manufacturer as to what may be going on here. In the mean time we have since started adding a second tech screw. One in the front and one at the rear of the awning. I have not been on here for a few weeks so sorry for the delay. Keep these things coming as you see them so I can stay on top of the issues that we do not see or think of.
I dont mind fixing my 1 week old camper but I want to make sure if I do this and something happens down the line with my awning that FR is going to still stand behind the awning. I am quite sure I can push it back in, crimp it and screw through the awning fabric/cord but I dont want to hear bellyaching from the dealer months down the road should something happen!
Honestly I dont think the dealer would even know I did something based off some of the work I have seen but my wife would have my hide if they did say something...
