Back splash

This is a great idea and easy to do. Two cuts and some Velcro now I have a back splash that will save my walls from grease splat.

Looks good ! But what is the material you used as a back splash ? I can not make it out.

It's a heavy duty plastic. Got it over in the kitchen cabinet area of Lowes. 19.99 each. It's waterproof and all most indestructible they say. I simply velcro it up so I can take it down to clean when needed.

I have used this same stuff in a antique finish in my house!! It rocks!! Most people don't know that it is not metal. I have had it up for over 5 years and it doesn't show any wear no matter how much I clean it!!!
