Battery problem

Bought a new 386x12 on dec 4th and have been having a issue with a low battery. When I leave the trailer in storage for a week, when I try and raise the jacks the system shuts off do to low voltage. The battery is showing only 50%. I turn the battery disconnect off every time I put the trailer in storage.
The dealer is trying to tell me that there is always phantom draws even with the disconnect turned off. That would be new to me, I always thought that was the purpose of the switch. Any one else have this type of problem. Thanks

I suppose how the battery disconnect was installed and where could be an issue. Try physically removing the cables from the battery and see how that goes. If you have good voltage after a week it could mean that the battery disconnect is not disconnecting your propane leak detector, etc., or there could be a short somewhere.

Some people also install a single pole switch to disconnect the propane leak detector but it could be dangerous if you forget to turn it back on while in use.
