Bedroom slide sticks

I have 2014 395 AMP XLR Thunderbolt toy hauler. When I open or close the bedroom slide it stops moving several times (every few inches). I reverse it briefly and try again. Each time it goes further until it completes moving. I tried lubricating the slides but it didn't solve it. Any suggestions?

One you get the room in or out, make sure that you are holding the button in for a second or two. This will align the box. You may have to run the room in and out several times to completely square the room up. If you have not already done so, down load the "My LCI" app. Lots of information on it.
