Black plastic not so black anymore

How do you guys get the black plastic; such as fenders and LP tanks cover nice again. Mine is less than a year and a half old and spends most if its days under a canopy. Even the side out of the sun has turned gray. I'm grey but that's a whole 'nother story

Mother's Back to Black

Works 'just OK' on my Wrangler fenders/bumpers & cheaper/easier to find than 303 (which is my go-to slide seal juice)

'Wipe New' does a great job, just a little expensive.

Thanks for all the replies. I actual tried 303 and it is great stuff, and did make it darker, but I think I'll try Back to Black. Going right by auto parts today. Again, thanks... WWW (thought I should have a middle initial

I've never had look with back to black at all.

Wipe New however works great, and lasts a long time.

Better chance finding it (Wipe New) in Walgreens or CVS where they keep the TV ad products.

The sun really beats the death out of black plastic. My old VW had black plastic around the wheel wells. After a bunch of years it faded.

Vin.

I got the Back to Black and treated the fenders. What I noticed is there is oxidation that needs to be removed before treated. I tried soap and water and some came off. I then used that streak remover for getting streaks off of a white trailer.. then I laid the BTB to it ... not bad. It took a bunch of it. Thanks WWW

Go to the automotive of walmart they have all kinds of different stuff for this. I've tried a lot of them on my chevy avalanche's black plastic they look good for a bit but you have to do it a couple of times a year.

The Maguire's Ultimate Black that I have is a cream,,, not a spray !!!
Not sure I would do well with a spray ???

I have found that Maguire's Scratch Remover is also a Great product !!!
