possibly line kinked or something restricting line left over from assembly. Since its under warranty, don't waste to much time with it

During the two times that you have used it did you have the drain valve open?

I suggest you put about 8-12 gallons of water and 10 pounds of ice cubes in the tank and go for a drive.
15-20 min with a number of turns to get the ice and water moving around in the tank then go try and dump it.

I think we are fixing a flush problem, not a drain problem Aren't we?

No noise and no pressure loss when turning the water off to remove the hose

nothing you can do but trace the line to make sure its not kinked. If not, its plugged with something or the flush valve itself is bad or not installed properly. Or take it in for warranty

Yep and if the dried up stuff in the tank is going to get "flushed" out in needs to be "rehydrated" and broke loose could be why there is no water coming out, plugged drain?

ok, so what is really happening. Is nothing coming out when you attempt to drain the tank or is the black tank flush not squirting into the tank? Think we are a little unsure. Just want to make sure we give accurate advice

is the line accessible to trace or is it all hidden? Don't mess with it to much and risk dealer not fixing it under warranty if it comes to that

I think there is a check valve in line and it could be installed backwards.

I have the exact same issue with a new 27HFS. I hook up a hose and turn the water on, but no water ever goes into the tank. I had a smell issue early on and have done the ice trick a few times. I've also filled and flushed it many times with all sorts of chemicals. I'm hoping it's not 'stuff' stuck to the flush inside the tank. I plan on getting under it and trying to follow the line from the tank up. If I find nothing, I'll brave taking it off the tank.

For your "smell issue", I think I'd check this thread first, especially if you have a model 300 Dometic toilet!

I had an issue with my dump, only slightly different. When I used it water came out from below the bathroom sink. I followed the hose and discovered a back siphon unit up below the sink, (higher than the tank). One of the connection nuts was loose. A quick tighten and problem solved. What I did notice was this siphon unit is directional, so perhaps yours is in backwards and acting as a check valve.
