Bob, you've outdone yourself.....
Sitting in my new rig now. I am blown away. This is my third new RV but none can hold a candle to the fit and finish I've seen here. My last, a 2013 Road Warrior which is supposed to be a comparable line, was a great trailer, but no way in the same class as XLR Thunderbolt AMP. Couch's has been top notch as well. We had a couple small things that were rapidly remedied. The trailer was shipped without its kitchen bar stools and moreryde cord reel, but I'm assured they will be in a UPS truck and may beat me home. Had one loose screw that was replaced and one of the level up jacks had hit something in transit. After pointing it out it was straightened in its mount and had a new pad replaced as the original was bent. Other than that the unit is flawless. Pics to come...

Good to know. Been looking at the at TH for extra bedroom till son is grown. Have followed your post. It's nice to hear the satisfied customers instead of the grumpy ones like me when I first joined the forum.
I still wonder if the extreme weather matches the polar package offered on others.
Hope to be a happy customer soon too.

Taken,
Happy to hear your comments. Even though we did not get the same trailer, we are working with the same company. It's post like this that make me feel better about my purchase.
Have a safe trip home...

Went to your Ford link and ads for Ram trucks kept popping up between the posts.

Sorry about the bar stools. We discontinued the cord reel last year.

No prob Bob. The guys at Couch's assured me they'd get everything sent right out to me. They've been upfront so far so I'm sure they will do as they said...

Congrats, I also seen you went to couch's. I hope you had the same experience I did there. Never seen a better more organized system on how they operate anywhere else. Enjoy
