Thanks for all the replies.

I'll be fabricating a box and adding a pump and nozzle this summer.

The complete underbelly is neither insulated or covered. Do not buy your camper from RV Wholesalers. They lied directly to me about the unit. I have numerous text messages saying it is both insulated and covered but it is not. Now they are saying I'm out of luck. I'll be doing it this summer when it gets warm.

Crop Duster,
Be sure to post pics. I'd love to see how you did this.

There's a dealer review section of the forum. I suggest you post your experience there. The owner of RVW peruses the forums from time to time and has been known to be more responsive when grievances are aired publicly.

As to the underbelly, the sheeting is Coroplast. You can buy it online and use your choice of insulation. Most locally sold expanding spray foam is yellow or tan and looks bad under an RV. I found that it's repackaged as "Touch and Foam Landscape Filler." It can be bought on Amazon for $10 a can and it goes a long way. Here's a link: http://www.amazon.com/Touch-Foam-400...touch+and+foam

Thans Karl4Cat, I'm going to get on there and leave some feedback. And thank you for the foam idea along with the name of the boarding.

Oaklevel, I have nothing but plywood on mine.

+1 on having a fuel tank but no pump/"fuel station." I also ordered mine without the fuel station because I really didn't think I needed it. It might be nice to install it down the road, or even pay the techs at Goshen to do it at the rally, but I'll be interested to see your pics and write-up. Good luck!

I stapled a recycled fiber (flame proof?), with foil face directly to the bottom (plastic sheet on plywood). R value might be a 2. But it helps.

Crop Duster, since the other thread was locked out and nothing was mentioned once RVW chimed in about this fuel nozzle, I really hope you're pushing them to provide it also, even if she just told you it had it verbally. There is a reason it wasn't mentioned and I can guarantee you I know the reason it wasn't. Maybe you don't want to push for it and that's fine, but I would. Even if its just having the parts provided.

As was mentioned in another post,if you have the gen prep pkg,the tank is there for the gen.Look on the outsde of the frame rails, along the top there will be 2 or 3 -1/4" -3/8" flexible hoses that will terminate in your gen compartment.Thats what the tank is for. In my first post I never gave that any thought because on mine the fuel station and gen do use the same tank.

Once again, I agree 100%...
