couch slide out issue 395 amp

My large slide out on 395 amp where couch is has been sticking coming back in . It has quite the tilt . I looked for info under tech section and lots of motor issues but no sticking. I bought some seal lube and gonna try that . Has anyone had this issue and any ideas or suggestions ??
thanks

Our 395 does the same thing, dealership said it was normal on the big slides. I have sprayed them and it doesn't really seem to make much difference.

Our 395 does not stick, but the tilt is disconcerting to say the least. Our dealer indicated that this was normal as well.

Was having the same problem and was told by service tech to retract slides in after raising leveling legs. It puts the frame in a bind. Have started doing that and it works fine now

How much tilt? Mine did this to the point it sometimes tried to jam into ceiling inside framework. Mounting was screwed up ..... dealer fixed under warranty.

The top inside was hitting on ceiling when it would ramp up. had to push on outside to help it not stick. It also tore rubber wiper seals that was replaced under warranty and After the adjustment was made by service tech he explained that the leveling legs should be up before retracting the slides. So far has worked correctly every time.
