Electric bed questions

I'm curious about the weight capacity of the electric bed?
Also, side question, where does one purchase extra door keys?
Thank you

Upper bunk weight is 300 pounds. I've. very seen a lower bunk weight anywhere. But I know they handle more with the legs. Three people per side sitting on the is more than 300 pounds.

Most lock smith's can cut keys for campers. Dealers can order more as well.

The bed capacity is when pinned, not what the lift system can... well... lift.

I would also recommend a locksmith.

In the past, I bought blanks online and after not finding anyone that could cut the key, I went to a locksmith who would not use my blanks, he had to furnish them. He was a Navy dude and I was wearing my Retired USAF hat, maybe that was his issue

The Happijack system is rated at 450 lift weight and 600 dead weight. This applies to the lift system only and not the accessories such as beds added to them. I would say it is safe to go with the 300lbs capacity per bed as stated above.

I contacted happijack/lippert about this when I bought my trailer. The quoted post above is the same answer I got from their rep, 600 dead weight and 450 "dynamic". There is also a capacity sticker somewhere on the lift posts that specifies total system max weight set by FR due to wall support. On my trailer it's on the r/r lift post facing the rear of the trailer.

What locks do you have? Are they the Purple Global Link keys?
