almost no RV's come with electric heat, only propane furnace.
that's why a lot of us have ceramic heaters that we take along to supplement the propane furnace.

did someone tell you that your trailer had electric heat?

Brand and model of furnace would help.

But most likely it doesn't have an electric side to it.
I've never heard or seen of one.

They do make aftermarket add ons for electric.

We just bought a 2013 XLR 27 hfs and it is only propane heat. After reading several posts I bought a 1500 watt electric heater but haven't had much time to try it yet. We have the extreme weather package and are hopeful the electric heater will help keep the propane use reasonable. So far we're really happy with ours. Enjoy !

Our XLR 35x12 came with a fake fireplace with an electric heater built in. We run it almost constantly in cold weather.

If you buy one of the ceramic heaters, most of them have high & low settings. Read their manual and high will probably be 1,500 watts; low is 1,000 watts. This equates to 12.5 amps at 1,500 watts on a 20 amp circuit or 8.3 amps at 1,000 watts. Just be careful that you don't overload your circuit or pillar using electric heaters.

Note sure if your unit has it, but if so, try running the furnace fan continuously, and have the portable electric heater discharge into/near the cold air return on the furnace. It will disperse the heated air better, but not like running the furnace for actual heat. Works when you need only a little heat,
