Agreed on both points!
To the OP, get the second AC! Not XLR, but I got cheap and only ordered my trailer with one 15k and 30A service. It sucked. Due to some bad QC/ ignorance on FR's part with some other things on the trailer it got upgraded to 50A and the second AC added for only about $700 out of my pocket. Could have been a lot more. Don't make my mistake!
I can't see added insulation having any negatives.
