What are you trying to do, D? I am not sure all of our units have the same brand, probably not. But the difference seems to be temperature and pressure ratings. I see red for hot and blue for cold, the color is an indicator to aid the installation. There is also translucent that is rated as well.
As far as I know, all tubing has printing all along the length that tells you what it is and what you would need to buy. The PEX I worked with was translucent rated for 280 degrees and 80 psi (from memory), which came in 10' lengths; and I used brass (bronze?) fittings and the clinch type clamp. The iron ring takes a pricey tool, the clinch type tool about a $30. They make push on type of fittings as well. Shark bite, I think. Many of this push on fittings are pricey, too.
