Fuel station not working on 27HFS

Help! For some reason, even with the switch turn in next to the fridge, my fuel pump is not working. The gage doesn't go up (may be low on gas though), but the pump will not dispense fuel.

Is this a known problem? Could the pump have failed? Anything else I can check?

Thanks

It doesn't seem like the pump is turning on at all.

1. check the fuse if its good than !
2. check the switch is there power to and from the switch ? if yes
3. check is there power to the secondary switch on the frame rail ? if yes
4.pull inspection plate off pump. if there is of build up like varnish or crap from the tank, spray it out with carburetor cleaner and reassemble.

Thanks for the quick reply!

I have checked the fuse underneath the toy hauler behind the fuel gauge and it looks fine. Is there another fuse somewhere?

I couldn't find another switch in the frame. Where exactly is this located? Front of the trailer? Back of the trailer?

Thanks

Inside the gas cap door is a rocker / momentary switch. One tap turns on the pump and gas gauge , two taps turn them off With both not working and a good fuse it may be the switch too
Good luck

I had problems with the switch at the pump not turning the system off. Wonder what the rationale was to have a switch inside as well as outside? Could they figure gasoline is so valuable they needed three security systems (1) Inside switch (2) Locked gas station door (3) switch at fuel station.

(Its for safety). I love having a out side or switch or (safety switch). I had the handle valve stick on me once and I was able to kill the pump right away without having to go back inside. I also don't like to let the pump run for 15 minutes waiting for the timer to shut the pump off, it seams hard on the pump to me. You can just leave the frame switch in the on position too. I also like not having to walk back inside to turn the pump off .

I had the same problem with my new 2013 XLR. Just another of the many problems from the factory! Poor, very poor quality control in my opinion. Wired incorrectly!
