I must be running out of projects. I sprayed my bright yellow 90 degree dog bone adapter in black Plastidip. Did my yellow cord end on my 50 amp cord and my 20 to 50 adapter while at it. Good $5.50 project. Nothing worse than bright yellow against nice sidewalls...

Looks great, where did you find a 50amp 90deg?

Taken - you may want to take 10 inches off the generator exhaust.
The toll booths get a little tight and may hit the curb or orange cones.
I cut mine and when I use the generator I put it back on with a conduit coupling.

Thanks for the info!
On my 2nd trip we ran into road construction and one of the Orange cones did line up with the rest. The right side of the TH was the 6"-8" drop in grade. The exhaust pipe grabbed the cone and flipped it up and dented the skirt on the TH.😤

Correction - The cone did not line up with the others.

That's a real stinker of a situation. Enough miles and anything can happen eh?

Rodney,
I'm liking your upgrades....what kind of silver paint/temperature rating did you use to paint your exhaust? Did you prime before applying the paint?
Thanks,
Stan

Stan,
It was leftover from another project and I used the last of it and tossed the can. Sorry. I think it was a VHT product that was rated to 2000. I see it on Amazon but in black only. Eastwood makes it in silver but more money. I'm sure you can find the silver VHT silver somewhere on the interwebber...

Oh, and I forgot to mention on the prep. No, I didn't prime. I scuffed the pipe with coarse steel wool then whiped it with a rag doused in laquer thinner to really clean it well. The thing to remember is you have to bake it on right after application. So, when done, start the generator and let it run for 20 minutes or so. I did the same on my last hauler and it lasted three years with some pretty decent use. The only place it ever failed was from rock strikes. I also did the hanger while I was at it so it wouldn't rust either.

Looking good Stan! The Intensity Pkg. is a winner for sure. We were back and fourth between it and paint for a while. It made the decision much harder...
PS: Would give anything if I could delete up here in MA and still pass out annual inspection...

Thanks, Rodney...
I have my Progressive Industries hard wired surge protector, but haven't installed it yet. The wiring is very short and in a tight space for this 48 year old to climb into.
Ordered 6 new Goodyear G614's with metal valve stems to be installed on Monday.
Purchased the ventless washer dryer combo today.
Should have the X-Factor cross members orders this week.
I like your modifications so much Rodney, decided to just copy what your doing....as long as the money doesn't run out.

Thanks man! I'm honored! So, what's going in the garage besides the washer/dryer?

Golf Cart in the garage. We are at Ocean Lakes Campground in Myrte Beach, SC. First trip and loving it, except for the rain today.

I do have a few small issues to resolve and Bob Elson with XLR have been very responsive to my emails. Bob took the time from his busy schedule to send me pictures of my unit going down the production line. XLR really cares about the customer and is first class.
