grey tank 1 and 2 30hds

so no matter if I run water into the shower, bathroom sink, or kitchen sink, I gain lights on grey tank 1. have never got lights on grey tank 2. I cant look under rv and see how they plumbed it. only have one grey tank pull handle.... ideas?

My guess is you only have one grey tank and further the light for grey tank 2 is just not being used

Sounds right. Do you have 1 grey tank? On your panel do you have lights for two different grey tanks?

Most mfr only use one monitor panel for all of the model lines during a production year. So the panel is picked for some other model that does have 2 gray tanks. If you only have one grey tank valve then you only have 1 grey tank. The other grey tank 2 in the monitor is not connected to anything.

I've got 3 gray and 1 black.
Some models of sabre had a rear 1/4 bath, mine does not so they use it as a gray for the outside kitchen.

Our 5er has 1-black water, 1-grey water and what is identified as 1-galley, or kitchen.

I suspect it's the same monitor panel that you have, just the identification is different.

The key is we also have 3 dump cables in the clean out area.

When we got our Crusader on our 3rd trip out the kitchen sink backed up. I did everything I could think of. We left it alone till we got home. Right before posting on this forum, I use to be a plumber, I mailed a friend who also had a Crusader. He immediatly mailed back 'did you empty the gally tank?" What galley tank? We only have a gray and black handle. He said look up under the skirt next to the waste outlet. Guess what there was another dump handle.
I wonder if PT is labeling that yet? Definatly pointed it out during factory tour last year!

It nothing has run over, there most only be one. My 29hfs has 1 black (32 gal) and 2 greys (27 gal each (or is it 29?)) two dump handles and lights for both on the monitor panel; kitchen dumps into one and bathroom (shower and sink) to the other. Only the toilet dumps into the black tank. Fresh is 54 gallons BTW. Dennis has the new 30hds that I so LOVE. Note: all the XLR tagalongs FR shows all except the 31FDK with same tank specs except fresh water, it is shown as 86 gallons for the 31.

Agree with comments. Manufacturer buys one panel that goes in all units. On mine the panel shows two black tanks - when I only have one. At least the second tank indicator always shows empty...LOL

+1 for my set up as well. Only one tank, but two lights on the panel.

We have a 2014 XLR 380 AMP toy hauler. There is a 1/2 bath in the garage. Our Panel shows 2 greys and a black. We have a black and grey pull handle in the storage area and a grey pull between tires. Yet when we went to dump the grey tank with the pull between the tires (assumed it was for the sink in the garage BR and galley sink) we got feces and toilet paper. Since then, we have not let anyone use the toilet in the garage.
