happijac bed system

Been searching for a toy hauler that was within my Max. Trailer weight limit. Found a xlt 27qb today and really liked it but the only problem with it was the happijac system when in the up position didn't have enough clearance for my 1000 rzr. The bottom bed/couch need to go up about 6". Has anyone modified theirs to get more clearance.

Mine has dual option which allows for the bench slash bed to drop down and hang down along the side walls leaving full clearance floor to ceiling or raise up to ceiling as bed -

Check and see if there are pins under each bench on wall brackets

I looked for some pins there wasn't any. I may ask the dealer to check on the setup you are talking about.

My dealer sent me the brackets to do this But no instructions. Was looking at Play Harder pics. These pieces that go in trolley look different? Was going to see if I could get a pic the way the brackets connect to chain. Thanks Click image for larger version

Same issue - Bed System robbing clearance

Good Morning - I realize this thread is old. I'm running into the same issue with an XLR that i'm interested in. The HappiJac sofa's do not hinge down (Not sure why the manufacturer ever thought that was an good idea)
Anyone know the part number of the hinge brackets? Looking online, and not much luck. The old one's just unscrew and new one's screw in?
Thanks
