A pair of Engineer friends had a habit of riding their bikes together through the Park every Saturday Morning, weather allowing.

One morning, one of the Engineers turned up with a new Bike and the other one asked, "Where did you get that spiffy new bike?"

He replied, "Well, I was walking home through the Park the other night when a beautiful young woman rode up on her bike, ripped her clothes off and said, 'Take anything you want.'"

A Priest, a Lawyer, a Doctor and an Engineer are playing Golf and are somewhat annoyed at the group in front of them that is slowing them down quite a bit.

One of them spots Angus, the Groundskeeper and queries him, "Angus, what's the deal with the group in front of us being so slow?"

Angus says, "That's a group of Firemen who lost their vision while putting out the Clubhouse Fire we had last year and we let them play for free whenever they want to."

The Priest says, "That's terrible. I will pray for them."

The Lawyer says, "I will look into some financial compensation for them."

The Doctor says, "I know some Surgeons in that specialty, I will talk to them about any advancements that have come about and see if there's anything that can be done."

The Engineer says, "Why can't they play at night?"

My Father was an Engineer. Mechanical specializing in Hydraulics, IIRC.

A different breed of Cat. I both admire them and am entertained by them.

I'm done.

Actually ole (no, old) WW warned / advised several nice young folks prior to the sale, about the puny furnace... PH will attest. But even engineer (couldn't spell it; now I are one) WW thought with fingers crossed, the Extreme option could possibly overcome the btu shortfall. With NS99's mod and a gas cat heater I won't freeze to death if 110v not available. So dress warmly or snuggle up. I could explain the science of snuggling but 99% of you all are engineers already and there is no need.

Did you ever watch Engineering Disasters?
I'm sure this heater issue should be added to the list.

PH .. Aren't they adding extra duct work to move more air ? and if so [which they need to do]where they running it ? With just using whats under their i suspect the furnace will over heat and shut down via the hi-limit . if this is the case you'll wear out the high limit it short order . believe it's just a thermo disk . without more air flow and doubling the size of BTU . i see issues
