Heated underbelly

Does anyone know for sure if the 29hfs has a heater underbelly? I know there is a package for heated holding tanks, but that doesn't help with the water lines, etc.

It is only insulated and not heat. All tanks are incompassed in spray foam and covered with the belly shield

My 29HFS "had" only coroplast belly.... no insulation under floors... nada on or around tanks. I thought of adding the tank heaters, but elected to be cheap... when I had the belly off I insulated the floor with Reflectix (stem to stern), wrapped water lines and sealed it all up with tape and foam.
