Heating, AC question

This weekend we actually used the heater for the first time, in our 27hfs, but for some strange reason the AC unit also turned on and wanted to run at the same time, while I shut off the ac unit at the breaker I was wondering if this was typical for the ac to run at the same time even though the heater an AC are 2 separate systems.

Heating, AC question

Just the fan is running thru the AC vents. Your AC shouldn't be running. This is a feature of the XLR. You can change at the thermostat to running on auto when the heat kicks on or running fan full time while the heat is on/off. Similar function to normal AC operation. We keep the fan on full time while heating or cooling to keep the temp even across the camper. Plus the fan turning on and off all night doesn't help keeping the young one asleep.

I have the same thermostat. I think hit the mode button and cycle up to fan. Then use the +/- buttons to change setting. I could be wrong, I'm used to not thinking about it. Trying to remember.
