Holy Thick Flooring, Batman!
A friend was helping me install my wheel chocks in the garage of my 30HFS-5 on Labor Day afternoon. We had fabricated a set of plates to extend past the fuel tank, bolt through the floor, and still have the chocks be removable from the plate. (Pics later.) So we go to install the plates through the floor with 2" bolts, figuring that will be plenty long enough to reach through our 1/8" plate and 3/4" of flooring plywood. I crawl underneath, he puts the bolts through the floor, and I'm asking "where are the bolts?" Bolts were TOO SHORT! Turns out the plywood is almost 2.5" thick!
Which is great and all, but holy $*|#! So I'm off to the hardware store tomorrow (again) for longer bolts. Just FYI...
