Hot water.

Ok next question how do I get hot water going. I hooked up water hose to city water port on my 340x12 but the hot water tank doesn't seem to be filling up. I don't know where to access my hot water tank it would be under the stairs. Need help again tom.

Does any water come out of any faucet with just the hot water valve open?

Yes water comes out. But I had te heat on for a little bit and was getting worried so went out and pulle the plug on the hot water tank and no water came out. I am a rookie so I may have just forgot a step.

Who did the de-winterization?
Any chance the water heater bypass valves are set for winter still?

Not sure about your specific trailer, but one end of your HWH is often somewhere under your sink/kitchen cabinets and the other end is accessible from a panel outside the trailer. The end you want is under the cabinets, and it should look something like Lou's picture above. Check to see if you can see the 3 valves in his pic, close the winterization valve and make sure the other 2 are open. It sounds like the water isn't making it into your HWH, but is being bypassed around it by the winterization valve.

DO NOT TURN ON YOUR HWH ELECTRIC ELEMENT UNTIL YOU FIGURE OUT THAT ITS WORKING ON GAS. If the HWH doesn't have water inside it and you turn on the electric element (if you have one,) it'll burn the element out. You can tell that by finding the other "outside" end of you HWH.

Look around and report back...

Set the valves per Herk's photo. But FIRST, If its been winterized, flow water through all faucets, showerheads, to clear the anti-freeze first. Then set the valves per the picture.Turn the faucets, both H and C on, to flow water through the system. To make sure your HW tank is full, pull the relief valve lever slightly, until water piddles out. Release the lever and it should close. Then its safe to turn the heat on, gas or electric.
