That would kind of Make sense but you would think since they are building they would maybe want to make sure they work before it rolls out the door. I know they would have to run some water in it but that sure would save a lot of time on PDI if it was taken care of.
When I went to pick mine up and they were servicing my unit they had the panel off doing something but apparently it wasn't urging up the heater.
