Hyperlite 30hds

Question on heavy on the equilizer hitch do I need? Looking at the Fastway e2 10,000lbs - 1000lbs tongue or 12,000lbs- 1200lbs max tongue? I really like the looks of this hitch and with a good price

I'm showing a factory tongue weight of 1300 pounds on that unit. You're going to at least want to look into a 1500 pound tongue capacity for that kind of tongue weight. Just making sure ya stay safe is all.

I'm planning on using it for reg camping and also a few trips a year with Rzr which weighs 1300lbs which will be all on rear behind axles. Which should take some hitch weight off. Hoping somebody with this same unit could tell me what there running.Does it hurt to go to heavy on equilzer hitch

I have same trailer. I have the 14000, 1400 equalizer hitch. I pull it with a gas 2012 f250 6.2. Pulls great with the equalizer hitch

I agree with this. I believe the 1400 would suffice. I don't have your same unit but I have a ton of towing behind me from 5ers to flatbeds.

How much weight do you haul in your garage? I haven't checked to see if water tank is in front of axle. Do you fill water tank to counter balance load to help with sway? Thanks

Water tank is just in front of axles. I have fuel tank and it's just behind rear axle. I have a 08 kawasaki vulcan nomad, weighs maybe 800 lbs. I did not notice a big difference with or without bike in the garage.

Thanks I ordered 14000lbs equilzer. We haven't used ours yet. It pulled good coming home empty. Just read some post that everything changed with load in back my Rzr weighs 1300lbs. Glad to hear yours pulls good, We moved it yesterday
and the kitchen drawer came open and got caught in the kitchen slide out as it was going out Didn't see it in time Something to definitely watch out for. Just bent the drawer handle over.

I have done the same thing. Now I check and make sure the doors are closed first.

Well I don't feel as bad now I straighten handle out you can't even tell. It knocked that slide off track but I guess that system lined itself back up.
