Insurance claims?

So this weekend my brand new 2017 29hbs got a boo boo. Has anyone had this happen? How do they fix them. Didn't bust through roof or side but a nice size dent. I have full coverage just wanted to hear what has happened with others. Attachment 114570

Yes. Appears to be right on the seam. Waiting for insurance rep to come look before we pull it off

Our insurance claim for minor body damage was handled in a timely manner by Hartford and they sent us a check that more than covered the repair after the adjuster looked it at.. Then our rig spent 6 weeks in the dealer shop being repaired. Then we got it back and spent a day cleaning up paint over spray and loose bolts. And then at our next insurance renewal the cost went up as Hartford didn't have anybody to sue (nobody hit us) to reclaim their expenditure so we get penalized. Changed insurance to get our rates back down.
