This could be one of two things. The awning track could not be sealed well to the RV. If this is the case, I would address it immediately as water is going between the RV side and the track and may penetrate the outer wall at the screw holes. It could also be from stretched stitching on the boltrope. The stitches pull on the awning material and allow water to leak through at the stitch seams. This can be easily fixed with some seam sealer. A temp solution might be to take some of the tension off the awning.

Good idea about taking tension off, will try that. Had a call from CampersInn concierge service this morning to see if I was having any issues and ended up pissed off. Told her the issues and she wanted to set an appointment for the end of January which was fine but when I told her it had to be a Saturday she said they would no longer accept drop offs on weekends as that is their delivery day. Funny I took it in on a Saturday 2 weeks ago and had no issues getting the work done on the spot.

I've been having issues with my LED strip just coming off. When I took it to my dealer, they noticed that some of the bolts that hold the awning track in place were missing. So they had to fix that first, then replace my LEDs (which are now coming off again, but that's another story.) I only mention this because it could be that your track is loose/not sealed well and could be the source of your leak.

You need to talk to the manager at CI and explain you only want to drop off and don't expect them to work on it on Sat. The dealer in Jax is great to work with.

I will call them after we get back in town. Ray is a good guy so I don't foresee any issues. The CI Concierge just hit a bad nerve after waking me with a hangover and no voice.....

The CG we just left in Marathon Key, Florida, will allow ONLY electric golf carts and you need proof of insurance. No one under 16 is allowed to drive them.
We live on the second Tee of a golf course, but don't travel with a cart, just wanted to pass on the info.
