Kitchen slide on XLR 35x10 or 12

is anyone with this model of trailer having problems with the kitchen slide not wanting to come back in. It seems that when it drops down it dosn't have enough power to pull itself back up.(even MT) I have had it to a dealer to be adjusted and it didn't seem to make any difference? any info would be apreciated. Thanks.

Just wondering how this worked out. I'm thinking about a 35x14 or a 40x12. If there are issues it would be nice to know ahead of time.

yep. Mine has this issue. I have the 35X10. The electric motor is not getting enough power. The switch is the issue. I added bosch relay's to the circuit and now the slide will pull itself in. The trailer does need to be plugged in, or the gen needs to be running...the battery alone is not enough power. This heavy slide should have been hydraulic. pm me for more info.
