Here is the pic of the insulation on mine, I started to tear into it on Saturday and just got mad about how wet it was so I put it off till another day. Going to probably work on it again this week and try and find my leak.

Well I spoke with XLR via Facebook and they want to come get my 29HFS and take it back to the factory and fix it, fix leaks, new insulation and reseal up the underbelly.

If you want the black polyurethane foam you can get it from a pond store or in Lowe's back in the pond and waterfall department.

Just an update, I was in contact with Diane via Facebook, they picked up my unit July 8th started work that Monday replaced the whole under belly and new insulation as well as fixed/replaced some other things and had it back to me July 15th. Couldn't be more pleased with how well I was treated.

That;s great to hear . it will help FR to continue to help it's owners if they see these good reports and helps those that have had issues that are not fixed yet
