That is a fantastic floorplan and the exterior looks really cool. The only issue I have with it is the 75" length queen. Other than that, I'd have no problem parking that model in my driveway! If the price is right, go for it and have fun....

I haven't stepped into one so elaborate more on the queen. En. This is more money than we wanted to spend but it has everything we want on a camper and can fit our rzr crew.

Many RV's use a 75" long queen as opposed to the standard residential 80" long to make their floorplan work. So, if your tall, your toes could be dangling. Some people buy longer mattresses and sacrifice clearance to make it work. Others slide the mattress down a bit and put extra pillows in the gap up front while camping to make it work. I was lucky. My floorplan came with a full 80" one. Not a deal breaker and if that's the only thing I had to adjust, I wouldn't sweat it personally.

Thanks. We love it. It is more money than we initially wanted to spend but the 315 wp by Cherokee hasn't been built yet and have wait for 7 and a half weeks for them to tell us that. I dnt see us selling the xlr anytime soon and it fits the rzr crew!

Well, we are new owners of a 16 xlr 305. We love it! I have a few questions, how does the front led work on nose? Is there a valve to turn on the water to water heater? And can u leave the top bed in up position in order to walk thru and use couch?

There should be two switches in the basement storage on the right as you open the doors to turn on the led lights on cap.

My hot water heater valves on behind the tank, you may have them on the left side basement compartment if you have a amp.

The upper beds stay up with 4 pins provided. Just insert one at every track and lower the dinette .

Thank u dry much, everything wrks now except can't get pump to prime and use holding tanks, it just spits water out here and there from sink. I see 4 valves behind hot water heater, 3 are open and from looks of it 1 that is closed is a drain( has a 3 way on it).
