microwave issue !!

Have xlr 395 amp and went to power up unit and microwave got power and 0,s were flashing but lite was on under unit and there was no button controls for front panel. I tried power and lite and start and nothing. I also tried turning off at breaker and shutting down power but same thing. Has anyone had this issue ? I am thinking a board issue maybe ??

thanks

Microwave make and model might help but since you've powered down and
back up and have same issue- it sounds like a defective MW.
You should probably seek warranty work from dealer but you might be able
to get a warranty replacement from the microwave maker if you can change it
yourself.
Good luck!

In the cabinet to the left of the microwave you find a round white cover (on the side facing the microwave) . Unscrew it and then you see a typical 110v outlet where the microwave is plugged in.
I would suggest use an extension cord from your house, plug the microwave in that and see whether it is working....if not its definitely the microwave itself...
