Misaligned bed frame rollers?

We have an issue with a '14 XLR Thunderbolt where the KING bed has small rollers at the foot of the frame to assist the bed moving in and out with the slide. One of these little rollers is badly misaligned. Anyone seen this?

Not seen that. But it's not misaligned, it's ripped out.

I agree, ripped out. I haven't seen that in a trailer, but I have done it a few times with various pieces of furniture around the home before. Every time's been because I foolishly tried to move said piece of furniture, dog food canister, drawer or whatnot with too much weight on it.

Upon further inspection I see the path the roller takes and it eventually goes over a floor heat register. I'm sure that murdered the wheel mountings. I'll find a sheet of steel to cover the heat outlet then drill new holes from the top of the frame boards inside the bed box and attach new hardware. The roller is actually supporting over 50lbs weight. Something todo when I get home in a week.

King bed slideout support rollers

My Georgetown 364 king bed slide cut the linoleum. Found that the support rollers are recessed into the floor but were spaced for a queen bed - no support for the width of the king. Also the strip of wood that holds the plywood sheet under the bed had exposed wood screw heads and that is what caught the linoleum. Shoddy workmanship from Forest River! No quality control, and no common sense. Now I have to fix it because I don't want to drive 200 miles.
Kind regards, Al
