ibjon, can you do me a favor and measure the front generator tray by the tongue. Not the battery part. I want to see if the generator I have will fit.
Thanks

Ibjon, I see you're doing this:
2013 XLR27HFS
2012 Ford F-150 Ecoboost
2006HD Electra Glide,

What has towing & stability been like with this combo and weight. I'm currently looking at a 27HFS, and will need to change truck. Do you feel the F150 Ecoboost is sufficient (I;ll be carrying my Vic Vision so about the same weight, unless you're carrying more?)

Read elswhere someone's unit had blocked vents coming off the furnace, and the dealer handn't checked. Not sure why they were plugged but this would account for the low air flow?

So far, so good, I've only pulled it empty. Power is not a problem, 60 to 75 mph in no time flat. I'm pretty sure it won't be a problem loaded.

Thanks for the clear response on towing the unit; and that's with the extreme winter pkg, which I think adds a bit of weight, so is more or less worst case (unloaded)
I'm at higher elevation but with the boosted engine should be fine, was more concerned re sway etc with the 1/2 ton truck.

Good luck with the heating; I'd think the airflow should be more, and that may help with the problem.
