Ducatti- Just finally took mine for a test run and I think they installed my black water rinse valve backwards too. Went to hook it up and no water came through. I'm assuming it's not an easy fix. Were you able to see the valve itself?

I have not spent a ton of time looking yet but I have not been able to find it with cursory glances. Have appointment in 2 weeks for warranty repair, we'll see if I find it before then.

Just found mine. Under the bathroom sink but I'd have to cut the pipes to do so. Guess I'll have to take it back again...

I'll take a look this week and see where it is hiding. Hopefully they put it somewhere accessible and not up in the sealed part of the underbelly. I hate to have that opened up.
